  • Temporary staffing services offered for a minimum of one month per assignment
  • If an Employer is satisfied with a Temp’s performance, they have the option to hire the agent permanently.
  • For Temp to Perm: 1% of our fee is discounted for every week worked as a temp

(Group Air Specialists for Meetings)

Many corporations have an in-house Meeting Planner, who manages logistics from hotel rooming lists, to meeting space, A.V. and food & beverage. Other meetings are managed by Independent Meeting Planners. But what if you don’t have an in-house travel department and your travel agency does not offer a dedicated travel agent? What if Meetings & Events is your primary business and you don’t have travel agency support? How do you get your employees/guests to your event?

Build your customer booking engine. Our agents are available to book flights prior and up to the day of the event. And they will work onsite to help during registration, overseeing schedule changes or flight cancellations. Don’t let your valuable people (VIPs) waste their time trying to change flights during your event. Airlines are understaffed and under pressure. Wait times can be as long as 6 hours.

Strong Sabre GDS proficiency, including ticketing (pricing / faring, exchanges, etc.) with experience booking large groups and/or event planning.
Ability to travel to work onsite at meeting events.

Our GASM Temps are equipped with a licensed Sabre GDS system to book/ticket flights through our (Virtuoso) Host Travel Agency.

Onsite Travel Agent Service

Flights / Ground Transportation

Our GASM agents start 1-2 months prior to your event. They book flights for your attendees and provide a manifest to book ground transportation to/from airport/hotel.

Post-Event Reconciliation Assistance

Settling Direct Billing Account

Once your event is completed, the GASM agent continues to work (up to 2 weeks post event) to assist in providing final payments for ground transportation and reconciling the direct billing account, ensuring all invoices are collected, as well as manage any airline/transportation refunds that are due back to your company.
